The Westbrook Music Series is dedicated to Jim Westbrook, a local architect and musician who has donated his time and talent to the City of Jasper. He designed the stage at Bradley Park plus other facilities in the area. He and his wife, Kathy Downs, make up the well-known local duo, Jazzper.
